(later Earn IQ Inc.), based in New York, which is a provider of industry-specific loyalty marketing solutions focused on the retail industry. Earn IQ’s loyalty marketing solutions help firms better understand the needs of their target groups by mapping the entire chain of customer loyalty activities from account management, and the management of redemption processes, to the implementing of advertising campaigns.

On July 2011, NIS Holdings acquired Alpha Card Technology Inc., based in New York, which specializes in offering outsourced gift card processing across a variety of platforms. The company combines emerging technologies with the thriving coupon industry to provide consumers with unlimited mobile access to gift cards to their favorite businesses.
